What it's like to own
Shark's NeverTouch Pro base does more than most: it empties the robot, refills its water tank automatically for up to 30 days, and washes and dries the mopping pad after each clean. The robot leaves the pad at the base when it only needs to vacuum.
PowerDetect tech boosts suction on dirty spots, blows air jets to push debris out of edges and extends the pad about an inch while mopping. NeverStuck lets it lift itself over obstacles and thresholds — about 1.5 in in Vacuum Wars' testing, the best climbing in our catalog alongside Dreame's X60.
Shark doesn't publish suction in Pa or the robot's height, so we can't score those. Owners with heavy shedders are very happy, but 15% of ratings are 1-star (mop failures, clogs, getting stuck). At capture it was $1,199.99 from a third-party seller, well above its usual price — check before buying.
